Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NxgSecure website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to NxgSecure Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("NxgSecure", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to our cybersecurity and compliance platform.

Services

NxgSecure provides managed cybersecurity and compliance services including but not limited to:

• Managed GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
• 24×7 security operations and monitoring
• ISO 27001, SOC 2, and regulatory compliance support
• Data loss prevention and threat detection
• Security assessments and advisory services

The specific scope of services is defined in your engagement agreement or statement of work with NxgSecure.

Your Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials provided to you
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our platform or methodologies
• Promptly notify us of any security incidents or suspected breaches

Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, frameworks, tools, and materials provided by NxgSecure — including our IDSAC·R∞ framework — remain the exclusive intellectual property of NxgSecure Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of each other's proprietary information shared during the engagement. NxgSecure will not disclose your security posture, incident data, or business information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the contracted services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NxgSecure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. NxgSecure reserves the right to suspend access to services immediately if we determine that your use violates these terms or applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
